The whole beauty of this recipe is that it is cooked for only 5 minutes. True, it will take a lot more time to prepare and sort out the berries, but the taste of this delicacy is worth it.
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 700 gr.
- The first stage is the longest. Before you start cooking, you need to rinse, dry, and peel all the berries.
- At the next stage, we put the prepared blueberries in a basin and fall asleep with sugar. In this form, they must be left for four hours so that they let the juice in.
- After 4 hours put the pellet on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for exactly five minutes.
- Pour out on dry jars and roll.
