Strawberry tiramisu cake at home - step by step recipe
- Cottage cheese (fat or medium fat content) - 500 g;
- Cookies (jubilee or melted milk) - 200 g;
- Strawberry (fresh or frozen) - 200 g;
- Bananas (not large) - 2 pieces;
- Coffee (soluble) - 1 tsp;
- Vanilla (sugar) - 0.5 tsp.
We beat the cottage cheese with a submerged blender (or you can just rub it through a sieve). He must become airy and gentle. Add sugar and vanilla.
Dissolve the coffee in half a cup of warm water. We take any shape, but the oblong one will do the best, and put the cookies in one layer, before dipping it into coffee with a quick movement.
The next layer in our cake is tiramisu we put bananas, which we cut into not very wide circles.
We close the two previous layers with curd, so that there are no gaps.
On a note! Dampen the spoon in boiled water. So it will be easier to apply the curd layer.
For curd, carefully put half the strawberries. Slightly drown it in the curd mass.
Then we repeat everything again: cookies, bananas, cottage cheese, strawberries and again cottage cheese. Well level the last layer.
