Stromboli's recipe with ham, onion and cheese

  • Dough for 1 pizza - 1 piece

  • Salt - 1/8 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1/4 Teaspoon

  • Hams - 240 Grams

  • Red bell pepper - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 4 teeth
  • Cheese Provolone - 240 Grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 240 Grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 60 Grams

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Fix two large baking trays with parchment paper or silicone mats. In a small bowl, mix the milk, salt and sugar, set aside. Cut the ham into cubes. Finely chop the red onions and garlic. Chop the bell peppers. Grate Provenol and Mozzarella, finely grate Parmesan. Stir the sausage with a spoon and fry in a large frying pan over medium heat until it has browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the frying pan. Drain everything from the frying pan, except 1 tablespoon of fat. Add the ham, onions and sweet peppers. Fry, stirring until they become very soft and lightly browned, from 5 to 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Divide the dough in half. Form a rectangle measuring 25X35 cm from one half of the dough, put it on a prepared baking sheet. 2. Put half the chilled sausage on the dough, leaving the borders 2.5 cm at the edges. Then put half the mixture of ham. Sprinkle half of Mozzarella and Provolone. With the help of a brush, lubricate the boundaries of the dough with the milk mixture. 3. Starting from the long end, roll the dough roll and press the edges. Repeat this procedure with the remaining ingredients. Allow the test to rise for 20-30 minutes. 4. Using a brush, grease the rolls with a milk mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the stromboli with grated Parmesan cheese, return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut the stromboli into slices and serve with sauce.
