With the help of a strainer we get rid of the pulp and peel, we have only pure tomato juice. On the store it will not look like perfect - and this is what we need. So, tomato juice already somewhere in the cup is waiting for its turn. Meanwhile, in a blender, grind all the other vegetables - avocado, parsley and celery. Of course, the avocado must first be cleaned. Gradually pouring in tomato juice, crush everything to the state of a homogeneous cocktail. If you want, you can salt and pepper to taste, although personally I prefer no spices at all. Before serving, you can drip olive oil in each cup. As a decoration, you can use green onions.
