Spaghetti or other pasta is cooked as indicatedon the package. Pumpkin is cleaned of seeds and peel, cut the flesh into small cubes. Aromatize the olive oil. To do this, we heat up the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the cloves of garlic in it. Then we throw out the garlic, and leave the oil - in it we will extinguish our pumpkin. Put the pieces of pumpkin into a frying pan and fry for 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Pumpkin should become softer. Add to the pumpkin halves of cherry tomatoes, fry another minute. Then add the peeled shrimps and pour a little (half a glass, about 100 ml) of boiled water. Stew for about 5 minutes, until the water evaporates. One minute before the sauce is ready add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper. We put the cooked pasta on top plates, on top - our pumpkin sauce, and serve the pasta to the table!
