Recipe Spanish cold soup

Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes - 4 Pieces (medium)
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 3 Slices
  • Onions - 1 To taste
  • Wine vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
  • Olive oil - 3 Art. Spoons
  • Parsley and basil - 1 To taste
  • Borodino bread, pieces - 2 pieces
  • Pepper and salt - 1 To taste
Instructions

1. We make cross-shaped incisions on tomatoes, then we lower them for thirty seconds into boiling water. 2. Remove tomato peel, cleanse of veins and cut into pieces. You can choose seeds. 3. Peel the cucumber from the skin and cut into slices. 4. Rinse and chop the pieces of Bulgarian pepper. 5. All this is crushed in a blender (including garlic and onions). 6. Now add the pepper and salt, olive oil, wine vinegar. We mix everything thoroughly. We'll clean the clock for three or four soups in the fridge. If desired, you can add tomato juice.
