Recipe Spicy carrot salad

  • Carrots - 500 Grams
  • Cucumbers - 200 Grams
  • Garlic - 1 Tooth
  • Ginger fresh grated - 1 st. a spoon
  • Soy sauce - 50 milliliters
  • Sesame oil - 40 milliliters
  • Sesame - 20 Grams

Carrots are cleaned, washing and rubbing on a large grater. Cucumbers cut into thin slices and add to carrots. Rub in a mortar grated ginger and finely chopped garlic. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to garlic and ginger, mix well. Pour the resulting dressing into a salad, mix well. We give a little insisting that the vegetables are soaked with dressing. We lay out on serving plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
