1. To begin with, we will gut the herring, cleanse it of the skin, remove the bones, cut into small cubes and put it in a bowl. Slightly drizzle with lemon juice. 2. Finely chop the onion, pour the lemon juice into the onions, mix and leave for half an hour, so that the onion is marinated, and bitterness comes out. 3. Until we cook the vegetables and peel them. On a grater, separately we rub the boiled beets, carrots and potatoes. 4. On the table we spread the food film, we lubricate it with vegetable oil and lay a layer of beet in the form of a square on the film. We put on top a mayonnaise mesh. The next layer is laid out a bit smaller than the previous one. The second layer will be carrots, then a mesh of mayonnaise, after - the potato layer, and again mayonnaise. 5. Place the pickled onions on potatoes, then - the herring. We spread the herring in the middle of the layer. The edges of the film are raised, we roll the roll, fix the edges and put it on the board. For fastening and impregnating the layers for three hours, we remove the roll in the refrigerator. 6. Spread the roll on the dish, sprinkle the yolks of boiled eggs, decorate with mayonnaise and parsley.
