  • Flour - 300 Grams
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vodka - 1.5 Art. Spoons
  • Salt - 0.3 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil - 200 Grams
  • Syrup: Honey - 3 Art. Spoons
  • Sugar sand - 4 Art. Spoons

1. We prepare all products and ingredients. Now you will know how to make a real chuck chuck. 2. Knead the dough: mix the flour with eggs, salt and vodka. 3. Cover the dough with a bowl or a film, leave to infuse for 30 minutes, before swelling. 4. Divide the finished dough into 3 parts. Roll out each fragment with a thickness of not more than 2 mm. Then cut into strips (width 2 cm). 5. Cut each strip of noodles across (width 3 mm). Separate noodles from each other immediately after slicing. 6. Put the noodles on a tray covered with a towel. This is done in order to avoid sticking. 7. Heat the oil in the cauldron. Fry the noodles in oil in small portions. Periodically stir the noodles during cooking. Ready noodles should take cream color. 8. Put the fried noodles on a strainer in order to let excess oil drain off. In another frying pan, melt the sugar with honey on low heat. Stir constantly. 9. When the sugar is completely dissolved - remove the frying pan from the heat and pour the honey mixture into the noodles. Stir, trying not to break pasta. 10. Lay the chuck-chak on the dish (with wet hands) and lightly press down to hide the voids. 11. Serve the chak-chak for tea or coffee, and children are best served with kefir or milk. Bon Appetit!
