  • Step 6 We rub the melted cheese on a large grater and put it in the soup. Stir and cook over medium heat until the curds completely dissolve (about 8 minutes).
  • Step 7 Add spices to the soup - turmeric and black ground pepper, mix.
  • Step 8 Dill my greens, grind and pour out into the soup. Stir the last time and leave the soup from the fire. Let's brew for 10 minutes, during this time we boil large shrimps.
  • Step 9 Spoon the soup into portions, put 1 large boiled shrimp in each and sprinkle with parmesan plates. Immediately we serve to the table.
