Cottage cheese casserole with apples

  • Cottage cheese - 1 Kilogram
  • Apples sweet - 3 pieces
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Manka - 3 st. Spoons
  • Sugar - 2/3 Cups
  • Sol - 1 Pinch
  • Cream 10% fat. - 100g
  • Soda - 1 Pinch

We take a container in which we will knead the dough. We break eggs into it, add salt, sugar and soda. We pour the cream on the cream and let it stand for 20 minutes so that the mancha swells. Add cottage cheese and whisk for about 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass without lumps. Cut apples into small slices. In the curd mass, add the mango with cream and whisk again. Apples put in a baking dish. Fill the apples with the mixture prepared by us - and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
