  • Beets - 1 Kilogram

  • Semolina - 2 items. Spoons
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 st. Spoons
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - To taste

Beet cutlets - dietary, useful andtasty dish. In contrast to meat cutlets, beet cutlets are prepared faster and easier. Preparation: Wash the beetroot, place in a saucepan, pour cold water and boil until tender. When the beet is ready, lightly cool it, peel it and let it through the meat grinder. Put the beet mass in a frying pan, add melted butter and heat. Stirring, gradually pour semolina. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Slightly cool beetroot mixture and mix with egg. Salt. Form the cutlets from the resulting mixture. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry the ruddy crust on both sides. Immediately serve hot.
