Recipe Beef fingers with sauce
- Beef - 800 Grams
- Flour - 1 glass
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
- Eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 2 cups (1 - in batter, 1 - in sauce)
In a plate mix all the dry ingredients: Flour, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. We mix it well. In a separate bowl, until smooth, whisk eggs with milk. We chop the beef into long strips. We strip each strip well in a dry mix. Then each beef finger is dipped in the egg mixture. Then - again in a dry mixture. Similarly, all the other beef fingers are subjected to breading. In a frying pan, melt the butter. In the melted butter we put beef fingers. Fry on medium heat to ruddy golden color of batter on one side ... ... turn over, to a similar condition, fry it with another frying pan. Fry the fingers spread on a paper towel, so that it absorbs excess fat. On this preparation can be finished, however we will prepare also sauce. In the frying pan, where the fingers were toasting, add the flour. Fast whisking, fry it to a uniform thick golden mass (as in the photo). Pour a glass of milk. Solim, pepper, lightly beaten (to make the mass become homogeneous) and boil to the desired consistency. Give the sauce and fingers to cool, and then serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
