Recipe for Dessert Pancakes

  • Egg - 4 pieces
  • Milk - 1 and 1/3 Cups
  • Ghee - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Sugar - 2 items. Spoons
  • Flour - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls

1) In a large bowl, mix the egg, milk, meltedOil, sugar powder and salt to a homogeneous mass. 2) Heat the pancake pan over low heat and smear with melted butter. Brush with a small amount of melted butter with a brush. Using a ladle, pour over the pancake batter as for pancakes. Tilt the pancake so that the dough evenly covers the bottom. Fry on each side for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Serve hot.
