Ingredients:
  • Potatoes - 1 piece
  • Vegetables - 2 cups (finely chopped)
  • Bulb - 1 piece (finely chopped)

  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Amchur - 1 pinch (dry mango powder)
  • Coriander - 1/4 teaspoons (powder)
  • Jira - 1/4 Teaspoons (fried cumin seeds)
  • Coriander leaf - 1 Piece (chopped)
  • Salt - 1 piece (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Maida - 3 Art. Spoon (mix in a paste with 3 tablespoons water)
  • Bread - 2 pieces (slices)
Instructions

Some Ingredients: First we need breadcrumbs. Fry the pieces of bread. We chop slices of bread with a blender. Pour out 3 tablespoons Maida. Add approximately the same amount of water. Stir well to form a thick paste. We make small pies and put them in a paste. Lubricate from both sides. We dip in the breadcrumbs. It is necessary to completely cover the cutlet with bread.
