Recipe Omuraisu

  • Eggs - 2-3 pieces
  • Red Thai chili - 1 piece (cut into cubes, if desired)
  • Onion - 1 piece (cut into cubes)
  • Chicken breast - 1 piece (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 Piece (garnish)
  • Ready rice - 1-2 cups
  • Tomato ketchup - 4-8 Art. Spoons
  • Sauce sriracha - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Oil - 2-4 Art. Spoons

In a deep frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon. Butter and fry onion and chilli until soft. Add the breasts and stir until the pink color disappears. Add shiitake (if using) and cook another minute. Add rice, mix, cook a minute and pour in the ketchup. When rice with chicken is ready, set aside. Prepare the omelette (whisk the eggs and fry on the remaining oil). Lay the rice on a plate and lay on top of the omelet, or wrap the rice in an omelette. Add a couple of cherry tomatoes and serve to the table. Bon Appetit.
