Recipe Orange popover (empty buns)

Ingredients:
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Melted butter - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 4 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cups (sprinkling)
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoons (sprinkle)
  • Ground cloves - 1/4 Teaspoons (sprinkled)
  • Grated orange peel - 1 Art. Spoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch (sprinkling)
  • Melted butter - 1/4 Glass (sprinkling)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, salt and vanilla extract in a blender until uniform for 1 minute. Allow the dough to stand for 30 minutes. 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to each bowl of the form for the messages. After the dough stays for 20 minutes, place the form in the oven for 10 minutes to heat up the oil. 3. Remove the dough from the oven and divide the dough between 8 bowls. Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes (do not open the oven door). 4. Reduce the heat to 175 degrees and continue baking the popover until golden brown, about 15 minutes. After removing from the oven, gently lay them on the grate. 5. Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves and orange peel in a small bowl. 6. Thoroughly grease each bun 1/4 cup melted butter with a brush. 7. Then dipped into a sugar mixture. Serve poopovery warm.
