Recipe Pancakes with mushrooms

  • Pancakes - 10 pieces
  • Mushrooms - 100 Grams (dried)
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Sour cream - 1 glass
  • Butter melted - 1-2 Art. Spoons
  • Greens - - To taste
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste

Mushrooms are thoroughly washed, after whichAre boiled to a soft state. Cool them and cut into strips. Onion shreds, after which it is fried in oil. To it mushrooms are added, after which everything is roasted to a golden hue. Once everything is ready, pour a couple of spoons of the mushroom broth into the pan, cover it and leave it on low heat to extinguish until all moisture evaporates. The mass is cooled, and then passed through a meat grinder. To it is added sour cream. Leave a small part of it for the final design of the dish. The stuffing is put on the toasted pancake, it is wrapped on the principle of a rectangular patty and fried from all sides. Serve pancakes with hot, sour cream.
