Scrambled Egg Recipe in Puff Pastry

  • Puff pastry sheet - 1 Piece
  • Egg - 7 pieces
  • Champignons - 200 Grams
  • Sausage - 200 Grams
  • Swiss cheese - 100 Grams
  • Parsley - 60 Grams
  • Butter - 1 st. a spoon

A sheet of puff pastry is thinly rolled out. The central part is left untouched (we'll put the stuffing there), and cut the sides with a sharp knife, as shown in the photo. Then we will weave a pigtail from these stripes. We cook something like an omelet: fry mushrooms and sausage in a frying pan, then pour into the frying pan a mixture of beaten eggs and grated cheese. Cook 3-4 minutes on medium heat, after which we remove from the fire and cool a bit. Add salt, pepper and parsley. We spread the filling into the center of the rolled dough. Plait the pigtail, as shown in the photo. As a result, our filling will be completely covered in the dough. Lightly grease the cake with a beaten egg and put in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees. We cut the prepared dish like a roll, and serve it hot. Bon Appetit!
