Ingredients:
  • Pork tenderloin - 2 pieces
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
  • Mayonnaise - 3 st. Spoons

  • Mustard - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Light brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped green cabbage - 5 cups
  • Buns for sandwiches - 4 pieces
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 245 degrees. Divide the BBQ sauce between the two bowls. In one bowl, dip raw meat, another use for filing with sandwiches. Put the pork on foil, season with salt and pepper. Pour well with the sauce. Bake, from time to time, pouring sauce, from 18 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Add the mixture to the cabbage. Finely chop the pork tenderloin. Put a slice of pork on a half of bun, cover the top with the second half of the bun. Serve sandwiches with sauce and cabbage.
