Cake with Cherry Recipe

  • Flour - 200 Grams

  • Unsalted butter - 150 grams

  • Cherries - 250 Grams
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon, peel - 1 piece

To make this cake, you canUse both fresh cherries and frozen. Preparation: Lubricate the form with a low side butter and leave to the side. Rinse the butter and 100 g of sugar in a bowl. The remaining sugar and eggs beat into a thick foam, add crushed nuts, grated lemon zest, cinnamon and flour. Place the form in the oven and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Let the cake cool and, if desired, decorate with cherry jam.
