  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Meat ready - 300 Grams

We clean potatoes and onions. We cut the potatoes into cubes of medium size, the onions are small enough. We warm up a little butter in a saucepan, put the potatoes, fry for 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat. Then reduce the fire to medium, add onions. Stir and fry for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until potatoes are almost completely ready. Do not forget to stir constantly. Meanwhile, for medium-sized cubes, we cut ready-made meat - chops, steaks or anything else that remained after yesterday's dinner. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the finely chopped garlic into the frying pan. We cook one minute before the appearance of garlic flavor. Add the diced meat to the cubes. When the potatoes, onions and meat mix well, add a little bit of water, some half a cup, to the frying pan. Add the spices, salt, pepper, and cook until the water evaporates. Finally, add the finely chopped greens, mix them and remove them from the fire. Fried potatoes with meat are ready. Bon Appetit!
