Recipe: English biscuit

  • Butter - 175 Grams
  • Sugar - 150 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar - 8 Grams
  • Egg of chicken - 3 pieces
  • Wheat flour - 175 Grams
  • Food soda - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cream 35-40% - 200 Grams
  • Strawberry fresh - 350 Grams
  • Powdered sugar - - To taste

Take the butter, whisk it with sugar andVanilla sugar, then one by one we introduce eggs whilst continuing to whisk. At the end we sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda. We mix it well. We take the form for baking, we cover with baking paper, we grease with oil. We put the dough into a mold, put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Directly the biscuit itself is ready, but we will immediately prepare a cake from it. Let's cool the biscuit. We cut along our biscuit into two equal parts. Strawberries are cut into small pieces, and whipped cream with sugar. Stir the strawberries and cream. We spread the strawberry filling on one half of the biscuit, the other half covered from above. Sprinkle sugar powder and decorate with fresh berries. Done! :) It's better to eat right away, fresh.
