  • Almonds - 10 Grams

Prepare the ingredients. Mix the butter with sugar until light airiness. We add yolks, whisk again. Sift half the flour, whisk again. Knife small chopping nuts. I had almonds, but you can use any that you have. Mix nuts with candied fruits. Mix the remaining flour, candied fruits, nuts and raisins. Mix one flour mass with another, quickly knead the dough and roll it into a nice tube about 4 cm in diameter. We wrap it in a food film - and in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. We set the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. We remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into sharp circles with a sharp knife about 1 cm thick. We cover the baking tray with baking paper, we put cookies there. We put in the heated up oven and bake about 15 minutes (as soon as the cookie is browned - it means it is ready). We take the cookies from the oven, put them on the grate, cool them. Done! Such cookies can be put on the table for tea, you can hang on the Christmas tree, you can pack in a nice box and give :)
