Recipe for chickpeas cutlets

Seeds of cardamom and cumin are kneaded with a mortar or coffee grinder. We put boiled chickpeas, onion, garlic and spices in a bowl for the blender. Grind to the formation of minced meat. Then add minced chopped fennel. With wet hands we form chickpeas cutlets. Spread on a greased baking tray, put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 15 minutes.
