Ingredients:
  • Chicken drumstick 4 pcs.
  • Celery root 0.5 pcs.
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Leeks 1 pc.
  • Groats of corn 2 tbsp. L.
  • Walnut 50 g
  • Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
  • Dill fresh 0.5 bunch
  • Pepper black ground 1 pinch
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Water 2.5 l
Instructions
  • Step 1 To make chicken soup, you need leeks, onions, a small celery root, 4 chicken drumsticks, half a glass of walnuts, greens and corn.
  • Step 2 Shake well, pour 2-2.5 liters of cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, taking off the foam.
  • Step 3 Cut the celery root and cut into thin strips, finely chop the onion, cut the white part of the leeks into semi-rings.
  • Step 4 Cut the walnuts in a mortar into a crumb.
  • Step 5 After 30-40 minutes of boiling the broth add vegetables and nuts - cook everything over low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6 Pour the corn flour into 100 ml of cold water and stir well.
  • Step 7 Add to the soup finely chopped greens, divorced corn flour, salt and black ground pepper to taste, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  • Step 8 Then remove the pan from the heat and let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Serve the soup with herbs.
