Recipe Hungarian garnish
- Pepper sweet yellow - 2 pieces
- Green Beans Green Beans - 300 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 30 milliliters
- Lime - 1 piece
- Paprika powder - 2 teaspoons
- Parsley - 50 Grams
Pepper washing, cleanse from membranes and seeds, and thenCut into narrow brusochki - as in the photo. In the pan pour a little vegetable oil, add chopped peppers and string beans. On a fine grater we rub lime peel. When the vegetables are already softened (minutes 5), add to them lime peel, juice of a half of lime and paprika. Stir and continue to simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes until the softness of the vegetables. One minute before the end of cooking, add to the vegetables chopped parsley. Remove from heat, lightly cool and serve. Hungarian garnish is ready!
