By the way, Italians never wash the ready-made spaghetti with cold water, as we are used to doing. If you want to rinse these pasta, then it's better to do it with hot boiled water - so they will not stick together, and they will not cool before the time. And do not be afraid to overdo the spaghetti during cooking - excess salt will remain in the broth.

Ingredients:
  • Spaghetti 400 g
  • Pepper sweet 1 pc.
  • Celery root 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs.
  • Broccoli cabbage 200 g
  • 3 garlic cloves garlic
  • Bacon 100 g
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp. L.
  • Pepper black ground 1 pinch
  • Salt 2 pinch
Instructions
  • Step 1 To make spaghetti with vegetable sauce and bacon we need sweet peppers, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, bacon and spices.
  • Step 2 Cut the bacon into strips.
  • Step 3 Remove the sweet peppers from the seeds and cut them into cubes. 2-3 clean the celery root and cut into cubes.
  • Step 4 Peel the tomatoes and cut them, chop the garlic finely.
  • Step 5 Cut broccoli and cut into small inflorescences.
  • Step 6 In a large frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the bacon 5-7 minutes before the transparency.
  • Step 7 Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package in plenty of well-salt water.
  • Step 8 Add to the bacon all the vegetables - pepper, celery, tomatoes and garlic, mix well. Fry over large fire for 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 9 Add half of the ladle of water from the pan with pasta to the vegetables, add salt, pepper to taste and cook under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Serve spaghetti with vegetables on top.</ P>
