Pies with mushrooms and sour cream Recipe
- Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
- Large bulb - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 600 Grams
- Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
- Frozen puff pastry - 1 piece (540 g)
- Low-fat sour cream - 1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion, cook, stirring, until golden brown, from 5 to 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms, fry, stirring, until the mushrooms become soft, from 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, set aside. On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough into a rectangle 50X25 cm. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the dough into four rectangles 25X12 cm. Dividing evenly, place the mushroom mixture on one half of each rectangle, leaving the 12 mm border on three sides. Lightly moisten the border with water, cover with the second half of the dough and wipe the edges. Put the patties on a baking sheet. Knife cut from 3 to 4 small slits at the top of each patty. Bake until golden brown for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve with sour cream.
