Recipe Buns for breakfast with egg and stuffing
- Crispy buns - 8 pieces
- Melted butter - 2 items. Spoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Various fillings - To taste (see above)
- Eggs - 8 pieces
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Using a jagged knife, cut off the top of each bun and scrape the pulp, leaving the sides of the buns intact. 2. Use a brush to grease inside each bun with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. 3. Fill the buns with any fillings to choose from. Split the egg on top or just one egg white, season with salt and pepper and place the buns on a baking sheet. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then freely cover the biscuits with foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the egg becomes solid.
