Strawberry Sorbet Recipe

  • Peeled strawberries - 2 cups
  • Skim milk - 2 cups
  • Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup

1. Place the strawberries in a food processor or blender and mix until a smooth consistency of puree is obtained. If you want to get rid of small seeds, wipe strawberries through a sieve. Otherwise, pour the resulting strawberry puree into a bowl. 2. Add milk, lemon juice and sugar. 3. Mix the ingredients together with a whisk. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the mixture freezes. 4. Put the cooled strawberry mixture in the ice cream maker and freeze in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
