For cooking we take the front part of the fish. We cut the salmon into steaks 3 cm long. Well salt and pepper on both sides. We put salmon in a deep cup and sprinkle with paprika and dried tomato, if desired. We spread the salmon on the grate. Now fry the salmon occasionally turning the grate.
