  • Milk - 150 Milliliters
  • Salt sea - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Biscuit bread crumbs - 2 items. Spoons

A piece of bread (I replaced it with a savory bagel)Soak in the milk. When the bread is soaked - we scroll it along with the fish fillet through a meat grinder. You can also grind with a blender, if there is one in the household. In the resulting stuffing we add salt and pepper, then thoroughly with his hands. To knead necessarily - then forcemeat will turn out homogeneous and plastic, and your cutlets will not fall apart. According to Soviet technology :) From the stuffing we form small cutlets, we pile them in breadcrumbs - and on a heated frying pan. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil from both sides to a confident crust. Fry without lid. Done! :)
