Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit(175 degrees C). Lubricate a deep baking dish. Beat eggs in a bowl, add spinach, leek, green onion, cheese, parsley, dill, mint, sugar, milk and 3/4 cup olive oil, evenly stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper, set aside. In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina, 1 pinch of salt. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and water, stir until there are no lumps. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a prepared form and spread evenly. Spoon the spinach, then the remaining dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, put slices of oil and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
