Recipe for homemade cheese

  • Cottage cheese - 1 kilogram
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Butter - 100 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - 50 Grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 3 st. Spoons

In the heated milk, add the cottage cheese. Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes (stirring constantly). Then wrap the resulting mass in gauze and squeeze it well. Put cottage cheese in another pan, add butter, salt, eggs and mix well. Put the pan on medium heat. Cook constantly stirring. At the end add vinegar and soda. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Cheese is ready when the mass begins to flake off the walls. Transfer the cheese into a mold (at your discretion) and leave it in the refrigerator to cool.
