Recipe Pizza with portobello mushrooms, fresh pepper and goat

Ingredients:
  • Chilled Pizza Dough Bank - 1 Piece
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Red pepper - 1 piece
  • Yellow pepper - 1 Piece
  • Portobello mushrooms - 2 pieces
  • Bank of pickled artichokes - 1 piece
  • Goat cheese - 200 Grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 3 st. Spoons
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit(175 degrees C). Lubricate a round baking tray or baking dish with oil. Evenly roll out the dough for pizza and put on a prepared baking sheet. Pour the cake with olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped garlic. On top put the prepared vegetables: red and yellow sweet peppers, mushrooms, artichokes. Sprinkle the vegetables with pieces of goat cheese. Sprinkle the top with balsamic vinegar. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven until the edges of the cake are golden brown. Before serving, cut the pizza into pieces.
