  • Chanterelles - 100 Grams (can be replaced with other mushrooms - important, fresh)
  • Onions - 50 Grams

  • Hard cheese - 100 Grams
  • Thyme dry - 1/3 Teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder - 1/3 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon

Puff pastry roll on the baking tray, lightlyGreased with olive oil. We work it with a fork. Chanterelles are thoroughly washed from shallow litter and earth. Small chanterelles we leave so, large - we cut in half. Onion cut into thin semirings. Mix the scoured chanterelles, chopped onion, sour cream, grated cheese and spices. Spread on the dough, leaving 2-3 cm from the edges. We wrap the edges of the cake, as shown in the photo. The edges of the cake are smeared with eggs. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. We take the prepared pie from the oven, lightly cool it, cut it and serve it. Pleasant!
