Recipe for Pelmeni in a pot

Ingredients:
  • Pelmeni - 1 Kilogram
  • Milk - 800 Milliliters
  • Cheese hard - 80 Grams
  • Mayonnaise - 4 Art. Spoons
  • Fresh dill, bunch - 1 Piece
  • Salt, pepper - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)
Instructions

1. Dumplings should not be thawed, but in a frozen form, fry them in vegetable oil until golden crust appears on them. It is not necessary to cook dumplings until ready. 2. In the milk, add salt, pepper, spices and chopped greens. Grate the cheese and set aside. 3. Fry the dumplings in a pot. To get an equal number in each pot. Pour the dumplings with milk. Keep in mind that dumplings should be covered with milk. Otherwise, the milk will pour out of the pots in the oven. Add in the pots one spoonful of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Close the pots with lids. 4. Do not preheat the oven in advance. Put the pots in a still cold oven. Warm up the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the dumplings with the lid closed for 30 minutes. Then remove the lids from the pots and leave in the oven for another 7 minutes. Sprinkle the dumplings with greens and serve.
