Minced meat cutlet recipe

  • Minced meat - 1 Kilogram

Prepare the ingredients. I made minced meat from a piece of meat, but you can safely use ready-made (bought) stuffing. Onions are scrolled through a meat grinder, mixed with minced meat, add egg, salt and pepper. Stirring. Flesh of white bread put in a plate, pour milk. Let's stand for a couple of minutes. Then squeeze the pulp from the milk and add to the stuffing. We mix it well. Heat the frying pan with a little oil. Take a tablespoon (with a slide) stuffing. With wet hands, roll the minced meat into a round meatball. Then you need to flatten the ball to make a cutlet from it. Spread into a heated frying pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side until fully prepared. Cutlets from minced meat are ready. Served with salad and garnish. Bon Appetit! ;)
