Recipe Nutty cakes

  • Macadamia nuts - 6 Cups
  • Crackers - 450 Grams
  • Butter - 8 Art. Spoons
  • Bitter chocolate - 300 grams
  • Sweetened coconut chips - 1 1/2 cups

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lay the nuts on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool on the grate. Mold the baking sheet with parchment paper. In the food processor, crush the crackers. Transfer them to a bowl. Add the melted butter and mix. Put the mixture in a prepared baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle with chocolate over the mixture. Sprinkle with coconut shavings. Put the nuts on top. Melt the caramel and pour it on top. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool on the grate. Cut into rectangles 2X3 cm.
