If the crumbs remain, add more cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is sticky. 5. Put the dough on the flour-poured work surface. Form a disc 15 cm in diameter and about 2 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet. Using a knife, cut into 8 slices on a baking sheet. 6. Lubricate cakes with cream using a brush. 7. Bake for 20 -22 minutes until the cakes become golden.
