  • Beef tenderloin 500 g

  • Sunflower refined oil 25 ml
  • Pepper black ground 4 pinch

  • Step 1 To prepare this dish, prepare veal balyk, onion, sweet pepper, tomatoes, garlic, fresh herbs.
  • Step 2 Cut the meat pieces into 2 centimeters thick. Salt and pepper.
  • Step 3 Fry in a warmed-up speed with a little oil addition for 8-10 minutes. Put on a plate, put it in a warm place or cover it with a lid.
  • Step 4 Wash the vegetables. Cut the onions into half rings. Tomatoes slices. Garlic finely chopped garlic. Remove the core from the pepper and cut into rings.

  • Step 6 Put out the vegetables for 4 minutes and remove from heat.

  • Step 8 Put the vegetables on the meat, sprinkle the dish with greens and serve with or without garnish!
