Recipe Muffins with sprinkling and vanilla glaze

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 st. a spoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Buttermilk - 3/4 Glass
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Unsalted butter - 2 items. Spoons
  • Maple syrup - 1 st. a spoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Flour - 1/4 Glass (powdering)
  • Brown sugar - 1/4 Cups (sprinkling)
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoons (sprinkle)
  • Chilled butter - 3 items. Spoons (sprinkling)
  • Sugar powder - 1/2 Cups (glaze (optional))
  • Milk - 1 1/2 Teaspoons (glaze (optional))
  • Vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoons (glaze (optional))
Instructions

1. Make a sprinkle. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped butter. Mix the ingredients with a dough cutter or fork until the mixture looks like sand. Set aside. 2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour for muffins. 3. Melt butter and cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. In a small bowl, beat the buttermilk, eggs, butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Make a groove in the flour mixture and add the cream mixture, stir. 4. Put the dough into a pastry bag and fill each compartment of the muffin mold with a test for about 3/4 of the volume. 5. Sprinkle powder on top. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Allow to cool in the form for 2 minutes, then allow to cool completely on the stand. 6. To make the icing, in a small bowl, whip all the ingredients together. 7. Fill glaze with warm muffins and serve immediately.
