Recipe Pumpkin biscuits with white chocolate

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 2 1/4 Cups
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Spices for pumpkin pie - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Softened butter - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin puree - 1 Glass
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • White chocolate chips - 1 1/2 cups
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Add flour, baking powder, soda, ground cinnamon, spices for pumpkin pie and salt in a large bowl. Mix with a fork until all the ingredients are mixed together. Set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer for several minutes. 3. Add the pumpkin puree, egg and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth. 4. Slowly add the cream mixture to the flour mixture and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. 5. Add chocolate chips and gently mix, taking care not to damage them. 6. Put the dough into the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. 7. Using a spoon or scoop put the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow to cool for a few minutes on a baking sheet and serve.
