Recipe Pork chops in wine sauce

  • Flour - 1/3 Glass
  • Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Freshly ground pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pork chops - 4 Pieces
  • Olive oil - 3 items. Spoons
  • Red dry wine - 1 glass
  • Chicken broth - 1 3/4 Cups
  • Assorted dried fruits - 1 1/2 cups

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and cinnamon in a small bowl. Postpone 2 tablespoons. Sprinkle the remaining mixture of flour with pork chops, shake off the excess. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add pork chops and fry until brown, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Put the frying pan in the oven, bake the chops for about 5 minutes. Put the pork chops on a plate and cover with a lid. Heat the frying pan over high heat, add wine. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with chicken broth, add to the wine. Add the dried fruits. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens and the fruit becomes soft, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. The dish should be served with cooked sauce.
