Recipe Muffins with green onions and goat cheese

  • Flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Soda - 1/8 teaspoons
  • Bulbs - 4 pieces
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Melted and chilled butter - 6 Art. Spoons
  • Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • Goat cheese - 120 Grams

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the muffin shape with 12 culinary sprays or lined with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, soda and chopped green onions. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, melted and cooled butter and buttermilk. 2. Using a knife for the dough, stir the dry ingredients with goat cheese until you get a crumbly mass. Add the cream mixture and mix with a rubber spatula until smooth. Evenly divide the resulting dough between compartments of the prepared form. 3. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the toothpick inserted in the center will not come out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the form for 5 minutes, then remove from the mold. Serve muffins warm.
