Recipe Pea porridge with meat

  • Peas - 1,5 glasses
  • Meat bones - 300-400 Grams
  • Onions - 2 Pieces
  • Spices - - To taste

We put a stone with meat (pork or beef) inWater and cooked meat broth for about an hour on average. Approximately in the middle of cooking broth we add two whole bulbs. Add spices to the broth. If desired, you can add fresh greens or some fresh vegetables (pepper, onions, carrots - whatever you want). We cook for another 10 minutes. We extract the meat bone from the broth, we tear off the meat from it. In the meat broth we put the washed peas and cook until ready (40-45 minutes on medium heat). At the very end of boiling the peas, add our meat to the saucepan. Another couple of minutes of stew - and ready!
