Recipe for scones with spinach and mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a frying pan on medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Cook the onion, stirring until it turns slightly golden, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, fry, stirring until they become soft, from 6 to 8 minutes. Add the spinach in two batches, fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
