Recipe Dessert Panna Cotta with strawberry jelly

  • Sachet gelatin - 1 piece
  • Water - 3 items. Spoons
  • Fatty cream - 1 st. a spoon
  • Sugar - 1/3 Glass
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Yoghurt without fruit fillers - 500 Grams
  • A packet of strawberry jelly - 1 piece

1. Soak gelatin with water and allow it to swell for 5 minutes. 2. Cream, sugar and vanillin in a small saucepan bring to a boil to allow the sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat and mix with gelatin. 3. Whip the yogurt until complete homogeneity, then add the gelatin mixture and beat again. 4. Pour the resulting mass into 6 cups (it will be half the glass) and put in the cold for a minimum of 3 hours. 5. Prepare the strawberry jelly, as indicated on the sachet by the manufacturer, but add a little less water than indicated to make the jelly really thick. 6. Decorate each portion with a whole strawberry berry with an apple stem, slightly immersing it in the jelly. Put it in the cold until it is completely solidified. A chic dessert is ready.
