  • Chicken wings - 15 pieces
  • Large tomato - 1 piece (juicy)

  • Soy sauce - - To taste (instead of salt)

So, we wipe the wings thoroughly. We cut off excess skin, dried it and put it in a convenient dish. Then add to the wings: finely chopped tomato (without peel), onion, bell pepper, greens. Add a couple of pinch of coriander and cinnamon, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise and pour in the soy sauce that replaces the salt. So try the marinade. It is important that it does not turn salty or vice versa salted. We mix everything thoroughly with our hands. The picture should be about the same as in the photo. Then we cover the dishes and pick it up about 2 hours. Then we put the pickled wings on the grate. Coals should not be too strong, otherwise the chicken will burn quickly. Wings are prepared quickly enough. Do not forget to turn the grill over, that the wings are fried on all sides. To get the meat prepared faster, pierce each piece with a fork.
